Mindful Travel Experiences
Our Retreats
Each retreat is thoughtfully designed to support self-discovery and well-being. We create an environment that invites you to explore your inner landscape while enjoying beautiful surroundings and the company of like-minded people. Perfect for solo travelers, friends, couples, mother–daughter duos, and anyone drawn to inward journeys in outward adventures. Our retreats blend meditation, yoga, nature, and cultural immersion, while leaving plenty of space for rest, recovery, connection and friendships that often last well beyond the retreat itself.
Hi, I’m Milda.
I’m a fashion designer, yoga instructor, and deep thinker with a passion for creativity, wellness, and meaningful travel. My favorite things in the world are meditation, hiking, yoga, fitness, science, psychology, and the kinds of adventures that stretch your soul and your hamstrings.
My first solo trip was a retreat, and it changed how I see the world. It showed me how important it is to pause, especially when life feels like it’s moving too fast. Retreats became my favorite way to travel, and I wanted to design my own version of that experience to share with others.
That’s why I started Zaman Retreats. It is curated travel for mindful humans who want to explore beautiful destinations with intention and heart. It’s presence, movement, connection, and just enough quiet to actually hear yourself think again.
I hope you’ll join us.
Presence | Movement | Connection
Why Meditation?
Presence — The quality of our attention shapes the quality of our lives. Learning to train the mind, just as we train the body, is essential to deepening our experience of the world and reaching our full potential.
Meditation and breathwork practices may include:
• Breathing techniques for relaxation and nervous system regulation
• Guided mindfulness meditation
• Body scan and somatic awareness
• Visualization and focus practices
• Sound healing meditation
All practices are accessible and adaptable, with no prior experience required.
Why Yoga and Hiking?
Movement— Walking, stretching, hiking, and fitness training bring us back to the present moment. When we move with curiosity and openness, being active becomes less about effort or performance and more about exploration and deeper awareness of ourselves and the world around us.
Hiking and yoga practices may include:
- Vinyasa flow yoga
- Restorative yoga
- Moderate hikes
All yoga practices are accessible and adaptable, with no prior experience required. A moderate level of fitness and walking ability is required for hikes.
Why Join a Retreat?
Connection — At the heart of well-being is connection: to ourselves, to others, and to both familiar and new perspectives. We create space for interactions grounded in good intentions and a non-judgmental spirit. While travel and new experiences are powerful, it’s the people we meet and the friendships we build along the way that give them lasting meaning.
Group activities include:
- Shared meals
- Group classes
- Excursions
- Fireside chats
We’d love for you to join our growing community of Zaman travelers.
